At eAcademicBooks, our goal is to produce the most effective instructional materials in computer technology related areas. All of our books are published as eBooks, which are complete electronic versions of books. The content and the process used to create these books is the exact same as those used to create traditional paper books.

This gives our books two advantages. First, it reduces cost to the students. In 2008, the average cost of a university level technology textbook in the United States was $140.00. The average cost of textbooks published as eBooks published in the United States was $78.00.

Second and most important, by publishing the content in entirely electronic form, we are able to update the content on a much faster basis than traditional publishers. This is particularly important in computer related fields because of the accelerated pace of technological change.
